Chris Gutierrez is an aggressive attorney who is not willing to back down. He takes immense personal pride in standing up to State’s Attorneys, Police Officers, or anyone who comes between his clients and their liberty. He is passionate about defending the rights of those accused of criminal offenses.
Mr. Gutierrez works directly with Gal Pissetzky throughout all stages of litigation. He assists in the tenacious defense of the firm’s clients by preparing cases for trial, researching case law, and drafting and arguing motions.
Mr. Gutierrez graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in December 2018. Before coming to Pissetzky Law LLC, he was a plaintiff’s attorney at a civil litigation firm. During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Quigley at the Pima County Juvenile Court Center and the Honorable Judge Ferlan at the Pima County Superior Court. Mr. Gutierrez also served as an Intern for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gutierrez was a probation officer for 4 years in Tucson Arizona. He received his master’s degree in Legal Studies from University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2016 and his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2009.
